IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTICE

Cinematic Luxe Media is committed to providing a creative, professional, indie-friendly, welcoming, and entertaining environment for filmmakers, artists, writers, creators, audiences, members, and supporters.

Participation in Cinematic Luxe Media community areas is a privilege, not an unrestricted right.

By creating an eligible account, purchasing or activating a Membership, entering a chatroom, posting content, participating in a group, communicating with another member, or otherwise using a Cinematic Luxe community feature, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines & User Conduct Policy.

ALL CINEMATIC LUXE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CHATROOMS ARE 18+ ONLY.

You must be at least 18 years old to:

• Purchase a paid Cinematic Luxe subscription

• Activate a paid Cinematic Luxe subscription

• Maintain a paid Cinematic Luxe subscription

• Join a Cinematic Luxe chatroom

• Join the Luxe Room

• Participate in member chat groups

• Participate in creator discussion groups

• Participate in private or restricted community spaces

• Send community direct messages where such functionality exists

• Participate in other community features designated as 18+

Anyone found to be under 18 in an 18+ subscription or community area may be removed immediately, without prior warning or discussion.

Cinematic Luxe Media may suspend or terminate the applicable account, Membership, chat access, community access, or related privileges.

No person under 18 has permission to bypass, falsify, circumvent, or misrepresent their age in order to access these areas.

Attempts to do so may result in permanent removal from the relevant Cinematic Luxe community services.

1. PURPOSE OF THE CINEMATIC LUXE COMMUNITY

The Cinematic Luxe community exists to support:

• Independent filmmaking

• Creative collaboration

• Film discovery

• Respectful discussion

• Audience participation

• Festival engagement

• Networking

• Storytelling

• Books

• Comics

• Games

• Digital entertainment

• Constructive creator feedback

• Entertainment discussion

• Artistic growth

• Community activities

• Creator opportunities

• Professional development

• Celebration of independent creators

The community is not intended to become a hostile social-media environment, unrestricted debate platform, adult-content platform, dating service, illegal marketplace, piracy hub, harassment platform, or place for personal attacks.

2. COMMUNITY PHILOSOPHY

Cinematic Luxe Media encourages members to:

• Discuss ideas respectfully

• Disagree without attacking people

• Support independent creators

• Discover unfamiliar films and stories

• Offer constructive criticism

• Share creative opportunities responsibly

• Participate honestly

• Respect boundaries

• Treat creators and audiences professionally

• Protect the integrity of festivals and community activities

You do not have to agree with every member.

You do have to behave appropriately while using Cinematic Luxe services.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT — STRICTLY 18+

3.1 Subscription Eligibility

A person must be 18 years of age or older to independently purchase, activate, or maintain a Cinematic Luxe paid subscription.

Current paid Memberships may include:

• Standard Pass

• Premium Pass

• VIP Pass

• Other paid Memberships introduced in the future

By purchasing or activating a Membership, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2 Chatroom Eligibility

All Cinematic Luxe chatrooms and interactive community discussion areas designated as member chat spaces are 18+ only.

This includes, where available:

• The Luxe Room

• General chatrooms

• Festival discussion groups

• Creator groups

• Filmmaker groups

• Premium groups

• VIP groups

• Members-only chats

• Private or restricted discussion areas

• Creator networking spaces

• Marketplace discussion spaces

• Direct community messaging

• Other chat-based community functions

3.3 No Exceptions Through Parental Permission

Unless Cinematic Luxe Media expressly creates a separate youth-specific service with different published rules, parental or guardian permission does not grant a person under 18 access to an 18+ Cinematic Luxe chatroom or paid Membership.

3.4 Underage Film Participants

Cinematic Luxe may separately operate:

• Student film categories

• Youth-led film categories

• Youth creator programs

• Youth screenings

• Other programs involving minors

Participation in such a film or creator program does not grant an underage participant access to the Cinematic Luxe 18+ subscription or chatroom system.

A youth filmmaker may participate in an eligible festival under the applicable festival rules while remaining prohibited from 18+ chat areas.

3.5 False Age Information

Providing a false date of birth, falsely claiming to be 18+, using another person's identity, or otherwise circumventing age restrictions is prohibited.

Cinematic Luxe may remove the account immediately.

3.6 Immediate Removal

If Cinematic Luxe reasonably determines that a person is under 18 and accessing an 18+ area, Cinematic Luxe may:

• Remove the user

• Suspend the account

• Terminate the account

• Cancel community access

• Revoke chat privileges

• Restrict future account creation

• Preserve relevant records

• Block related accounts where appropriate

No warning is required before removal.

Cinematic Luxe is not required to debate the user's age with the user before restricting access when there is a reasonable basis for action.

3.7 Refunds Following Age Violations

A user who misrepresents age in order to obtain an adult-only Membership or community access is not automatically entitled to a refund.

Any refund will be determined under applicable law, the Membership Terms, payment-provider requirements, and the facts of the situation.

Nothing in these Guidelines eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. PG-13 COMMUNITY STANDARD

Although Cinematic Luxe community spaces are restricted to adults, they are not adult-content communities.

The general community standard is approximately PG-13 in tone and presentation.

Being 18+ does not authorize members to post:

• Pornography

• Explicit sexual content

• Graphic nudity

• Extreme gore

• Graphic violence

• Explicit fetish material

• Sexually explicit solicitation

• Graphic descriptions intended primarily to shock

Artistic discussion involving mature subject matter may be allowed when relevant and appropriately presented.

5. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT REQUIRED

Treat other users as people, not targets.

Members may disagree strongly about:

• Films

• Acting

• Writing

• Directing

• Editing

• Music

• Games

• Reviews

• Artistic choices

• Festival results

• Entertainment trends

Disagreement does not permit harassment.

6. HARASSMENT IS PROHIBITED

Members may not engage in conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, torment, pressure, threaten, or repeatedly target another person.

Examples include:

• Repeated unwanted messages

• Insults directed at a particular member

• Following someone across multiple groups to continue an argument

• Encouraging others to attack a member

• Mocking a person's appearance

• Sexual harassment

• Threatening professional retaliation

• Repeatedly contacting someone who has asked to be left alone

• Coordinated harassment

• Dogpiling

• Public humiliation campaigns

7. BULLYING

Cyberbullying is prohibited.

This includes:

• Ridicule

• Targeted humiliation

• Cruel memes involving another member

• Repeated insults

• Rumor campaigns

• Encouraging exclusion

• Encouraging others to shame a user

• Mocking disabilities or vulnerabilities

• Posting embarrassing information to hurt someone

8. THREATS

Threats of violence, harm, stalking, retaliation, property damage, or other unlawful conduct are prohibited.

Cinematic Luxe may immediately escalate credible threats to:

• Platform administrators

• Hosting providers

• Law enforcement

• Emergency services

• Other appropriate authorities

where reasonably necessary or legally required.

9. HATE SPEECH

Hate speech is prohibited.

Members may not attack, demean, threaten, or promote hostility against people based on legally protected or comparable personal characteristics.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Slurs

• Dehumanizing language

• Calls for exclusion or violence

• Hate propaganda

• Supremacist advocacy

• Targeted degrading stereotypes

• Celebration of violence against protected groups

Contextual discussion of hate speech within film criticism, history, journalism, education, or artistic analysis may be permitted when the purpose is legitimate and not promotional.

10. DISCRIMINATION

Cinematic Luxe may take action against discriminatory behavior that materially interferes with community participation.

Examples include:

• Refusing to interact with someone solely to demean a protected group

• Discriminatory harassment

• Discriminatory employment solicitations posted through the community

• Exclusionary creator opportunities that violate applicable law

• Repeated identity-based abuse

11. POLITICAL DISCUSSION

Cinematic Luxe community spaces are primarily intended for entertainment, filmmaking, creator discussion, and cultural conversation.

General partisan political campaigning, electioneering, political recruitment, and prolonged political arguments are prohibited in ordinary Cinematic Luxe community spaces.

Members may not use CLuxe groups to:

• Campaign for political candidates

• Recruit members for political organizations

• Post repetitive partisan propaganda

• Organize political attacks

• Turn film discussions into partisan fights

• Spam election messaging

Limited discussion of politics may occur where directly relevant to:

• A film

• Documentary

• Story

• Artistic work

• Historical context

• News-related programming

• Officially designated Cinematic Luxe discussion

Moderators may end a political discussion whenever it becomes disruptive.

12. RELIGIOUS PROSELYTIZING

Respectful discussion of religion in relation to films, stories, history, culture, or art may be permitted.

Members may not repeatedly pressure other users to join, leave, condemn, or adopt a particular religion or belief system.

13. SEXUAL CONTENT

The following are prohibited:

• Pornographic images

• Explicit sexual videos

• Explicit sexual roleplay

• Graphic sexual descriptions

• Sexual solicitation

• Requests for nude images

• Unwanted sexual messages

• Links to pornography

• Explicit fetish content

Discussion of mature themes in filmmaking may be permitted when professional, contextual, and non-graphic.

14. NUDITY

Graphic nudity is prohibited in Cinematic Luxe community areas unless Cinematic Luxe expressly creates a professionally moderated review mechanism for eligible artistic material.

Posting nudity directly into general chatrooms is prohibited.

15. SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Sexual harassment includes:

• Unwanted sexual comments

• Repeated flirting after rejection

• Requests for sexual images

• Sexual threats

• Sexualized insults

• Unsolicited explicit messages

• Pressuring users for dates

• Pressuring users to communicate privately

Such conduct may result in immediate removal.

16. DATING & ROMANTIC SOLICITATION

Cinematic Luxe community areas are not dating services.

Friendly relationships may naturally develop, but members may not aggressively use CLuxe spaces to:

• Seek hookups

• Mass-message users romantically

• Pressure users into dates

• Send repeated romantic messages after rejection

• Sexually solicit members

17. GRAPHIC VIOLENCE

Members may discuss violence in:

• Films

• Television

• Games

• News

• Creative projects

but may not post extreme real-world gore, execution footage, graphic injury imagery, or shock material without a legitimate authorized purpose.

18. GLORIFICATION OF REAL-WORLD VIOLENCE

Cinematic Luxe may remove material that celebrates, encourages, or meaningfully facilitates real-world violence.

Fictional discussions are evaluated in context.

19. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Members may not use Cinematic Luxe services to plan, facilitate, sell, distribute, or promote illegal activity.

Examples include:

• Fraud

• Theft

• Piracy

• Identity theft

• Illegal trafficking

• Counterfeit sales

• Stolen property

• Hacking services

• Forged documents

• Illegal weapons transactions

• Illegal drug sales

20. FRAUD & SCAMS

Scams are prohibited.

Examples include:

• Fake casting calls

• Fake employment offers

• Fake investment opportunities

• Advance-fee schemes

• Fake prizes

• Phishing

• Fake merchandise

• Payment scams

• Fraudulent crowdfunding

• Pretending to represent Cinematic Luxe

21. IMPERSONATION

You may not impersonate:

• Cinematic Luxe Media

• CLuxe staff

• Festival judges

• Filmmakers

• Actors

• Creators

• Other members

• Companies

• Government officials

• Public figures

Parody must be sufficiently clear that a reasonable person would not believe the parody account is authentic.

22. FALSE REPRESENTATION OF CINEMATIC LUXE

Members may not falsely claim:

• To work for Cinematic Luxe

• To be a festival judge

• To control festival decisions

• To guarantee festival selections

• To guarantee awards

• To provide official CLuxe representation

• To sell official CLuxe services without authorization

23. SPAM

Spam is prohibited.

Examples include:

• Repeating the same message

• Excessive promotion

• Posting identical links across groups

• Mass messaging members

• Unsolicited advertisements

• Chain messages

• Referral spam

• Excessive emoji floods

• Repetitive copy-and-paste messages

• Artificial engagement

24. SELF-PROMOTION

Reasonable creator self-promotion is encouraged in spaces where it is relevant.

However:

• Use the correct group

• Do not repeatedly repost the same promotion

• Do not pressure users to buy

• Do not mass-message members

• Do not misrepresent your project

• Follow any promotional-posting schedule established by moderators

25. CREATOR HUB OPPORTUNITIES

Where Cinematic Luxe operates a Creator Hub or opportunity board, posts should clearly identify whether an opportunity is:

PAID

or

UNPAID

Creators may also be required to disclose:

• Role

• Compensation

• Location

• Remote/in-person status

• Expected responsibilities

• Project type

• Contact method

Misleading compensation descriptions may be removed.

26. EXPLOITATIVE CREATOR OFFERS

Cinematic Luxe may remove opportunities that appear deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or predatory.

Examples include:

• Requiring unreasonable payments to audition

• Concealing that work is unpaid

• Misrepresenting compensation

• Requesting inappropriate personal information

• Fake representation contracts

• Fraudulent talent agencies

• Pyramid-style opportunities

27. GEAR MARKETPLACE

Where Cinematic Luxe provides a Gear Marketplace, members must provide accurate information.

Listings may be required to identify:

• Item

• Condition

• Price

• Location

• Shipping availability

• Photos

• Known damage

• Payment expectations

28. MARKETPLACE SAFETY

Cinematic Luxe does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, legality, quality, delivery, or payment performance of independently listed items unless Cinematic Luxe itself is expressly the seller.

Members are responsible for exercising caution.

29. PROHIBITED MARKETPLACE ITEMS

Members may not list:

• Stolen goods

• Counterfeit goods

• Illegal weapons

• Controlled substances

• Pornographic material

• Pirated media

• Fraudulent software

• Hacking tools sold for malicious use

• Illegal surveillance products

• Other unlawful items

30. PAYMENT DISPUTES BETWEEN MEMBERS

Cinematic Luxe is not automatically responsible for private transactions between community members.

Cinematic Luxe may cooperate with investigations and may suspend users engaged in fraudulent marketplace activity.

31. COPYRIGHT

Members may only upload or share content they:

• Own

• Created

• Have permission to use

• Are legally permitted to share

32. PIRACY

Piracy is prohibited.

Members may not share:

• Pirated movies

• Pirated television

• Pirated software

• Pirated games

• Unauthorized film downloads

• Illegal streaming links

• Cracked software

• Stolen screeners

33. FESTIVAL FILM SECURITY

Festival films are made available only under applicable screening permissions.

Members may not:

• Download protected festival films without authorization

• Record festival films

• Redistribute screenings

• Share passwords

• Share protected links

• Upload festival films elsewhere

• Circumvent streaming restrictions

Serious violations may result in permanent removal.

34. SCREEN RECORDING

Unauthorized recording of protected Cinematic Luxe or filmmaker content is prohibited.

This includes:

• Screen recording

• Audio capture

• Camera recording

• Download circumvention

• Stream ripping

except where expressly authorized.

35. TRADEMARKS & BRAND MISUSE

Members may not use Cinematic Luxe branding to falsely imply:

• Sponsorship

• Employment

• Endorsement

• Partnership

• Official authorization

36. USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP

You retain ownership of eligible original content that you post.

Posting content to Cinematic Luxe does not automatically transfer ownership to Cinematic Luxe Media.

37. LIMITED PLATFORM LICENSE

By voluntarily posting content to a Cinematic Luxe community feature, you grant Cinematic Luxe a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, technically process, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable community feature.

This permission does not authorize Cinematic Luxe to claim ownership of your original creative work.

38. CONTENT REMOVAL

Cinematic Luxe may remove content that:

• Violates these Guidelines

• Violates law

• Violates third-party rights

• Creates a safety concern

• Disrupts the service

• Creates technical problems

• Is clearly irrelevant spam

• Presents a material legal risk

• Violates another applicable CLuxe policy

39. NO GUARANTEE OF PERMANENT STORAGE

Cinematic Luxe does not guarantee permanent storage of community posts, messages, comments, or uploads.

Users should retain their own copies of important creative work.

40. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Do not post:

• Passwords

• Payment-card numbers

• Bank information

• Social Security numbers

• Government IDs

• Private medical information

• Confidential contracts

• Trade secrets

• Private addresses

• Other highly sensitive information

41. DOXXING

Doxxing is prohibited.

Members may not publish another person's private information without authorization.

This includes:

• Home address

• Private telephone number

• Private email

• Government identification

• Financial information

• Private workplace information

• Family information

• Precise live location

42. PERSONAL SAFETY

Members should exercise caution before:

• Meeting another user

• Sending money

• Sharing personal information

• Sharing travel plans

• Sharing private contact information

• Entering contracts

• Sending equipment

43. PRIVATE MESSAGES

Where private or direct messaging is available, these Guidelines still apply.

Private messages are not exempt from:

• Harassment rules

• Threat rules

• Scam rules

• Sexual-content rules

• Spam rules

44. MODERATION ACCESS

Cinematic Luxe may review reported content and, where technically available and legally permitted, relevant community activity necessary to:

• Investigate violations

• Protect users

• Enforce policies

• Prevent fraud

• Maintain security

• Comply with law

Users should not treat platform messaging as a legally privileged confidential communication.

45. NO UNAUTHORIZED DATA COLLECTION

Members may not scrape, harvest, compile, or extract user information for unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Email harvesting

• Automated profile scraping

• Building unauthorized marketing lists

• Collecting member data for resale

46. NO MALWARE

Members may not distribute:

• Malware

• Viruses

• Trojan software

• Malicious scripts

• Credential-stealing links

• Ransomware

• Destructive files

47. SUSPICIOUS LINKS

Cinematic Luxe may remove suspicious links or files while investigating.

Members should avoid opening links from unknown users.

48. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & SYNTHETIC MEDIA

Members may discuss or share lawful AI-assisted creative work.

However, members may not use synthetic media to:

• Impersonate another member

• Commit fraud

• Falsely manufacture evidence

• Harass another person

• Create deceptive endorsements

• Misrepresent a real creator's participation

Cinematic Luxe may require disclosure that material is AI-generated or materially AI-altered where necessary to prevent deception.

49. FALSE REVIEWS

Members may not intentionally fabricate reviews in exchange for undisclosed compensation or coordinated manipulation.

50. REVIEW DISAGREEMENTS

Negative reviews are allowed.

Personal attacks against the reviewer are not.

Filmmakers may respond professionally but may not pressure reviewers to change scores or opinions.

51. FESTIVAL VOTING INTEGRITY

Festival voting must follow applicable Cinematic Luxe voting rules.

Members may not:

• Vote for their own film where prohibited

• Create fake accounts

• Buy fraudulent votes

• Use bots

• Coordinate vote manipulation

• Circumvent voting limits

• Exchange votes where prohibited

• Manipulate technical systems

52. CAST & CREW VOTING

Where applicable festival rules prohibit cast or crew from voting for their own film, those rules apply regardless of Membership level.

53. PAID MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT PURCHASE FESTIVAL ADVANTAGE

Purchasing Standard, Premium, or VIP does not provide:

• Preferential judging

• Guaranteed selection

• Guaranteed finalist status

• Guaranteed awards

• Higher film scores

• Unfair voting privileges

54. FESTIVAL ARGUMENTS

Healthy discussion of festival results is allowed.

The following are not:

• Threatening judges

• Harassing winners

• Accusing individuals of crimes without basis

• Organizing attacks

• Doxxing filmmakers

• Targeting audiences who voted differently

55. SPOILERS

Members should use reasonable spoiler warnings in designated discussion areas when discussing newly released films or Cinematic Luxe content.

Moderators may establish specific spoiler periods.

56. GAME CHEATING

Members may not manipulate:

• Scores

• Leaderboards

• Achievements

• Reward points

• Digital collectibles

• Challenge results

through unauthorized technical means.

57. CLUXE POINTS & REWARDS

Where points or rewards exist, members may not:

• Sell points

• Transfer points where prohibited

• Create fake accounts to farm points

• Exploit technical errors

• Use bots

• Manipulate referral systems

58. BUG EXPLOITATION

If a member discovers a technical error that generates excessive points, discounts, entries, rewards, or access, the member should report it.

Knowingly exploiting the error may result in:

• Reversal

• Suspension

• Termination

• Disqualification

59. SWEEPSTAKES & PROMOTIONS

Community participation in Sweepstakes remains governed by the Cinematic Luxe Official Sweepstakes, Giveaways & Promotional Drawings Rules.

Members may not:

• Manipulate entries

• Create fake identities

• Threaten winners

• Falsely claim prizes

• Sell entry opportunities

• Impersonate CLuxe staff

60. GIVEAWAY SCAMS

No legitimate Cinematic Luxe winner should be required to pay Cinematic Luxe simply to receive a Sweepstakes prize.

Suspicious prize messages should be reported.

61. ACCOUNT SHARING

Unless expressly allowed, community Membership accounts are intended for one person.

Members may not share accounts to:

• Avoid subscription fees

• Bypass bans

• Increase voting

• Increase Sweepstakes entries

• Enter restricted groups

• Evade age restrictions

62. BAN EVASION

Creating another account after suspension or permanent removal for the purpose of circumventing enforcement is prohibited.

Related accounts may also be restricted.

63. SELLING ACCOUNTS

Members may not sell or rent Cinematic Luxe accounts.

64. USERNAMES

Usernames may be removed or changed if they:

• Contain hate speech

• Impersonate staff

• Include threats

• Contain explicit sexual language

• Mislead users about official status

• Violate trademarks

65. PROFILE IMAGES

Profile images may not contain:

• Pornography

• Graphic nudity

• Hate symbols used to promote hate

• Extreme gore

• Threatening imagery

• Fraudulent official branding

66. MODERATOR INSTRUCTIONS

Members must follow reasonable moderator instructions related to:

• Topic placement

• Spam

• Safety

• Conduct

• Thread closure

• Content warnings

• Disputes

Refusing repeated legitimate moderation instructions may itself result in enforcement.

67. MODERATOR IMPERSONATION

Pretending to be a moderator or administrator is prohibited.

68. HARASSING MODERATORS

Members may disagree with moderation decisions.

They may not:

• Threaten moderators

• Dox moderators

• Harass moderators

• Encourage others to attack moderators

• Flood moderators with abusive messages

69. MODERATION DISCRETION

Cinematic Luxe Guidelines cannot anticipate every form of misconduct.

Cinematic Luxe may take reasonable action against behavior that clearly violates the purpose or safety of the community even if the exact behavior is not specifically listed.

70. ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS

Depending on severity, Cinematic Luxe may use:

• Informal reminder

• Content removal

• Warning

• Temporary mute

• Group restriction

• Temporary suspension

• Loss of posting privileges

• Loss of game privileges

• Loss of voting privileges where appropriate

• Removal from a community group

• Membership suspension

• Account termination

• Permanent community ban

• Referral to authorities

Cinematic Luxe is not required to use these steps in order.

71. NO WARNING REQUIRED FOR SERIOUS VIOLATIONS

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning.

Examples include:

• Underage access

• Credible threats

• Severe harassment

• Hate speech

• Doxxing

• Fraud

• Piracy

• Illegal activity

• Sexual harassment

• Malware

• Account compromise

• Festival vote manipulation

• Serious ban evasion

• Impersonating CLuxe staff

• Unauthorized distribution of protected festival films

72. “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” REMOVAL STANDARD

Where Cinematic Luxe determines that a user has committed a clear and serious violation, especially an age violation, Cinematic Luxe may remove that user immediately and without prior debate, interview, warning, or opportunity to continue participating.

Nothing requires Cinematic Luxe to negotiate community access with a violator.

Community access remains subject to Cinematic Luxe's rules and applicable law.

73. NO GUARANTEED APPEAL

Cinematic Luxe may offer a review or appeal mechanism in certain circumstances.

Unless required by applicable law, no user is guaranteed an appeal following:

• Underage-access removal

• Fraud

• Threats

• Severe harassment

• Piracy

• Security violations

• Vote manipulation

• Ban evasion

• Other serious violations

Cinematic Luxe may nevertheless correct an enforcement decision if credible evidence shows that a mistake occurred.

74. FALSE REPORTS

Members may report violations in good faith.

Knowingly filing false reports to harm another member is prohibited.

75. RETALIATION

Retaliating against someone for making a good-faith safety or policy report is prohibited.

76. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

77. EMERGENCIES

Cinematic Luxe is not an emergency-response service.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities in your jurisdiction.

78. EVIDENCE

When reporting serious misconduct, users may provide:

• Screenshots

• Message details

• Usernames

• Dates

• Times

• Links

• Other relevant evidence

Do not fabricate or alter evidence.

79. RECORD PRESERVATION

Cinematic Luxe may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for:

• Safety

• Fraud investigations

• Legal compliance

• Dispute resolution

• Ban enforcement

• Festival integrity

• Cybersecurity

Records will be handled consistent with the Cinematic Luxe Privacy Policy.

80. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES

Cinematic Luxe may cooperate with valid legal requests and appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

81. SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION AFTER MISCONDUCT

A serious violation may result in termination of access associated with a paid Membership.

Termination for misconduct does not necessarily create a right to a prorated refund.

Refund rights remain subject to:

• Individual circumstances

82. COMMUNITY ACCESS IS SEPARATE FROM PAYMENT

Paying for Premium or VIP does not purchase immunity from moderation.

A VIP member may be removed under the same safety rules as any other user.

No user may purchase permission to violate the Guidelines.

83. MEMBER DISCOUNTS AFTER TERMINATION

Membership discounts and other benefits may stop when Membership access is terminated.

84. COMMUNITY REWARDS MAY BE REVOKED

Rewards obtained through:

• Fraud

• Manipulation

• Cheating

• False accounts

• Technical exploitation

may be revoked.

85. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS COMMUNITY ACCESS

Cinematic Luxe may:

• Modify community features

• Close groups

• Rename groups

• Consolidate discussions

• Introduce new spaces

• Retire old features

• Temporarily disable features

where reasonably necessary.

86. PRIVATE GROUPS

Private or Premium groups remain subject to all Community Guidelines.

"Private" does not mean rule-free.

87. VIP SPACES

VIP areas may have additional rules relating to:

• Confidential announcements

• Event access

• Exclusive content

• Digital collectibles

• VIP programming

VIP status does not grant ownership of exclusive CLuxe material.

88. CONFIDENTIAL PREVIEW MATERIAL

Where Cinematic Luxe labels preview material as confidential or embargoed, members must comply with the disclosed restrictions.

Unauthorized leaks may result in loss of access.

89. CREATOR CONFIDENTIALITY

Members should not pressure creators to reveal:

• Unreleased scripts

• Private contracts

• Private financial information

• Confidential production details

• Personal information

90. NO GUARANTEE OF CREATOR RESPONSE

Membership does not guarantee that:

• A filmmaker will reply

• A creator will provide feedback

• Cinematic Luxe staff will respond to every post

• A networking relationship will develop

91. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Members should respect creators, performers, filmmakers, and staff as professionals.

Fandom does not create entitlement to:

• Personal contact information

• Private meetings

• Unreleased material

• Free work

• Personal relationships

92. CASTING & TALENT SAFETY

Casting notices posted through Cinematic Luxe must not request:

• Nude auditions

• Sexual favors

• Unnecessary highly sensitive information

• Illegal payments

• Unsafe conduct

Cinematic Luxe may remove suspicious casting notices.

93. FINANCIAL SOLICITATION

Members may not solicit:

• Investments

• Loans

• Cryptocurrency transfers

• Donations

• Crowdfunding

through unrelated groups unless expressly permitted.

Creator crowdfunding may be allowed in designated areas subject to moderation.

94. MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING

MLM, pyramid schemes, and recruitment-based sales schemes may be prohibited from community areas.

95. GAMBLING PROMOTION

Users may not operate unauthorized betting pools, lotteries, paid games of chance, or gambling services through Cinematic Luxe community features.

96. COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING

Commercial advertising unrelated to filmmaking, entertainment, CLuxe community interests, or approved creator opportunities may be removed.

97. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Members remain responsible for links they post.

Cinematic Luxe may remove links to:

• Malware

• Pirated media

• Scams

• Explicit material

• Fraudulent shops

• Illegal services

98. ACCESSIBILITY & RESPECT

Members should make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally excluding or mocking users because they communicate differently or use accessibility tools.

99. LANGUAGE

Cinematic Luxe may host international users.

Members should not attack users because of:

• Accent

• Grammar

• Language ability

• National origin

100. SPOOFING CLUXE COMMUNICATIONS

Creating fake Cinematic Luxe emails, announcements, award notices, rejection notices, certificates, festival laurels, or moderator communications is prohibited.

101. AWARD & LAUREL MISUSE

Filmmakers may use legitimate Cinematic Luxe awards and laurels according to applicable festival rules.

Creating fake CLuxe awards or falsely claiming selection may result in enforcement.

102. PRESS & MEDIA

Members may not falsely represent themselves as authorized Cinematic Luxe press.

Where press credentials or press areas exist, additional rules may apply.

103. INTERVIEWS

Members should obtain appropriate permission before recording or publishing private conversations as interviews.

Official Cinematic Luxe interviews may be governed by separate permissions.

104. RECORDING COMMUNITY CHATS

Members should not secretly record private member conversations where doing so would violate:

• Applicable law

• Platform rules

• Reasonable privacy expectations

• Separate event rules

105. LIVE EVENTS

Cinematic Luxe may establish additional rules for:

• Virtual screenings

• Livestreams

• Q&As

• VIP events

• Creator events

• Festival panels

Disruptive attendees may be removed immediately.

106. EVENT DISRUPTION

Members may not intentionally disrupt events through:

• Audio flooding

• Explicit imagery

• Repeated interruptions

• Harassment

• Spam

• Unauthorized screen sharing

107. SCREEN NAMES AT EVENTS

Cinematic Luxe may require identifiable or appropriate display names for certain professional events.

108. FEEDBACK

Constructive criticism is welcome.

Good feedback addresses:

• Work

• Technique

• Execution

• Story

• Performance

rather than attacking the person.

109. UNSOLICITED SCRIPT OR PROJECT PITCHES

Creators should not repeatedly send unsolicited:

• Scripts

• Treatments

• Pitch decks

• Film files

• Business proposals

to members who have not invited them.

110. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DISPUTES

Cinematic Luxe may temporarily restrict disputed content while evaluating a credible rights complaint.

Cinematic Luxe does not adjudicate ownership disputes as a court.

112. POLICY CONFLICTS

Where a specific event or service has additional rules, those rules supplement these Community Guidelines.

113. CHANGES TO GUIDELINES

Cinematic Luxe may update these Guidelines to address:

• New services

• Safety issues

• New community features

• Legal requirements

• New technology

• New forms of abuse

The Last Updated date will be revised when the Guidelines materially change.

114. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally permitted.

115. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a rule on one occasion does not waive Cinematic Luxe's ability to enforce it later.

116. NO EMPLOYMENT OR PARTNERSHIP

Community participation does not create:

• Employment

• Partnership

• Agency

• Representation

• Ownership interest

• Joint venture

with Cinematic Luxe Media.

Cinematic Luxe may moderate content but does not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately.

The existence of moderation does not make Cinematic Luxe responsible for every statement independently posted by users to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Each member remains responsible for:

The Cinematic Luxe community is built for people who want to watch, create, discuss, discover, play, collaborate, and support independent entertainment without destroying the experience for everyone else.

Cinematic Luxe Media reserves the right, consistent with applicable law, to protect that environment.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE OR ACTIVATE A CINEMATIC LUXE PAID SUBSCRIPTION OR PARTICIPATE IN CINEMATIC LUXE CHATROOMS AND ADULT MEMBER COMMUNITY AREAS.

UNDERAGE ACCESS IS PROHIBITED.

USERS WHO VIOLATE THIS AGE REQUIREMENT MAY BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING OR DISCUSSION.
